I'm not getting any better about posting

I can't believe how bad I am about keeping up on my blog! Sorry is a word I think will be found alot on my blog. Well, everyone is still loving school. Graham is the best at telling the most outrageous stories that he says happens at school. For instants, we had Green Ribbon week (safety week). The kids that ride the bus was going to get off andwalk the last couple of blocks to school and then get a treat when they got there. Well, Graham said they went down to Salt lake and then to Bear lake and played in the water with giant sea monters and all kinds of crazy sea creators. After that they walked to school from Bear Lake. Mind you this all happened within 45 minutes. I just can't help but laugh when he gets like this. He has quite the imagination. I hope he never looses it.

Little Brian is having so much fun this year at school. He loves his teacher Mrs. Olsen. She is so sweet with him. He did have a bit of a hicup at first by not bringing his homework home and getting it done but that is over and we now know homework isn't going to go away so we better just bring it home and get it done. Brian is now a Bear in cubscouts and looks forward to every Tues. when he can go hang out with his buds.

Kelsey has realy enjoyed middle school but has a rather hectic schedual to get used to. She has to get up by 5:45am at the latest so she can catch the bus by 6:42am. She has seven classes she gets 4 min. to get to each by and she is in orchestra playing the cello so she has this huge instrament she gets to take with her to and from school everyday. School starts at 7:30 and lunch isn't until 12:30pm and then school gets out at 2:05pm. So to solve the getting food issue I make sure she takes a snack to school with her and have something for her when she gets home.

Bear Lake

On Friday we took the kids up to Bear Lake for the day. Brian rented a paddle boat for 2 hrs and then got a sea doo for another 2 hrs. the kids let us know that next time we should just go with the sea doo. It was alot more fun. I only went once on it because it made me sick so Brian took the kids the rest of the time while I rested on the beach. That day they were still doing raspberry days and so there were alot of the things going on down town. We stopped by to get one of the famous raspberry shakes and had lunch. by the time we got home every one of the kids were sound asleep in the back. I think we wore them out pretty good. Brian thinks we should try to have a family reunion up there some time because of all the fun everyone had.

For those of you that are in the Twilight series: I was going to buy my copy of Breaking Dawn on the 2nd to avoid the insanity the night before but when I was getting ready to leave, Brian called and asked me if I had already picked it up. I said "Not yet." Brian said "Good because I already bought it for you." For those who don't know Brian has been teasing me for getting so into these books so this was a big deal for me that he got it. He even got stickers and a button with Breaking Dawn on it for me! What a man!!!

Long time no Blog

I have been quite slack in keeping up on my blog. Sorry. Sense the last post we have been busy. Julie had a birthday and so has my son Brian. Julie, I'm sorry for being such a slack sister. You are the best and deserve better from me. I know I talked to you, but still isn't enough. I'm sure most of you know Julie, but for those who don't Julie is an amazingly kind and thoughtful person who would do anything in the world for you if you needed it. She also is a wonderful friend and will be true to you no matter what. I count my lucky stars that I get to have her as my sister. Julie is a fantastic mom and loves her time with her son Cody. I just love you Julie!!

My son Brian is such a great kid. He makes sure there is never a dull moment in our house. He can be very busy getting into all kinds of mischief but he is also one of the most loving and thoughtful little boys I know. He got a gift card from his Grandma and Grandpa Erickson. He had big plans for it but when we got to the store, they didn't have what he was looking for so he decided to get something for his little brother and big sister and has been doing this for about a week. What a sweet boy! I'm very proud of him for making such a good choice and thinking of others. Brian's birthday is July 24th and if you live in Utah you know that the whole state is out celebrating so we decided to take Brian to the Hoggle Zoo and Gateway mall the next day. Brian loved it and told us this was the best birthday he's ever had. (He says that every year) We had a little family birthday party on his special day and he got to open his presents from us with the cake and ice cream. I wanted to have a party with his friends the next week but when it came to the day of Brian got sick and we had to cancel. Poor kid.

This last Thursday I went in for another doctors visit and was able set up the ultra sound to find out if we are having a boy or a girl this next Wednesday. Brian and going crazy! He wants to know now and just can't wait. He hopes we have a girl along with Kelsey but the boys don't care either way of course. I would like this baby to be a girl as well but the main thing is to just have a healthy baby. Brian's dad thinks it's a boy and I think my whole family thinks it's a girl. My sister Kami has been right every time when one of us gets pregnant and she feels quite confident this is a girl. We'll see.

We are doing great!

Well Brian and I have a new calling in our ward. We are the couple/family teachers. (I think the Bishop is taking advantage of Brian's education.) Brain thought i would be the main person teaching the lesson! Very funny. I told him I would be happy to help and do part of the lesson each week. We don't start till Sept so we have plenty of time to get prepared.
Brian got some bad news this last week. We were supposed to be going on vacation from the 17th through the 28th but the girl that was to cover for him had her baby 2 months early. From what Brian could find out, mom and baby are doing fine. Thank goodness! This also means we won't be going on vacation. Brian decided to just use his time at the end of the year when our baby is due. We haven't told the kids yet so if anyone calls and talks to them please don't bring it up. We are trying to figure out some way to make this up to them.
the kids so far are loving their summer break. They are staying busy now that sports is over, with hanging out with friends. As a matter of fact they are having a sleep over tonight and are going the aquatic center tomorrow. They better not say they are bored for a while.

Happy late Birthday Cody and Dad!!

I'm sorry it's taken till now to let you both know how much I love you and hoped you had a great birthday.

Cody, I remember the first time I saw you. You were the cutest baby! I was pregnant with Graham and was so baby hungry. Your mom let me hold you and I wouldn't let you go! You had me wrapped around your finger instantly. You are an amazing little boy and I'm so glad you are my nephew. I couldn't love you more. Happy birthday Cody.

Dad, I know you already got my note but I just wanted to let you know I love you dearly. (Like you didn't already know that.) I wish I could have been there with everyone else. I really miss being able to do little things like just come over when ever I want to and visit. You are the greatest dad in the world and I don't what I'd do with out you. Happy birthday Dad.

Busy Summer!

I am so excited to finally have a blog going! I know this will be a shock for everyone that Corinne has actually done something creative but here it is. So far this has been one busy summer the Jensen family. Brian has been working like a mad man and the kids have been in soccer, baseball and t-ball. Kelsey has finished soccer while Brian has 1 game left of baseball and Graham has 2 more games of t-ball. I, in the mean time, have had my head in the toilet puking and lung or two up all along. I can't wait to get over the morning sickness. I have to say though I am so grateful to Brian and my dad for giving me a blessing. It has help tremendously! I'm at 14 weeks and hope to be over being sick by the end of August.

I know this isn't much for my first post but it'll have to do.
